Meet Nick – Founder, Co-Owner & Director

Hi, I’m Nick — the Founder, Co-Owner, and Director of Savuti Health and Fitness. With a background as a health care professional in nursing, population health, and public health and previously a university lecturer in Nursing, I’m passionate about preventive health and empowering people to focus on health span rather than just life span.

Much of my professional health work has been global, supporting humanitarian responses in conflict and disaster crises. Through these experiences, I’ve developed skills in working with people from diverse cultures and in contexts of vulnerability and trauma. I’ve also delivered training and supported programs that are participatory, “do no harm,” uphold dignity in design, and always prioritise safety and human rights.

Meet Kane – Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Hi, I’m Kane — a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor of Savuti Health and Fitness, passionate about helping people build strength, improve fitness, and feel confident in their own skin.

My approach is grounded in inclusivity and support. I believe everyone, no matter their background or experience, deserves to feel empowered in the gym. I focus not just on workouts, but on building sustainable lifestyle changes that create lasting health and wellbeing.

With years of experience in personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and gym management, I bring both hands-on coaching and practical knowledge of what it takes to achieve real, long-term results.

Meet Joe – Strength and Conditioning Coach & Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Joe — a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with more than 8 years of experience, and the founder of TSM Strength.

My passion is helping people discover what their body is truly capable of. Whether you want to perform better in your sport, keep up with the kids, recover from injury, or simply feel stronger and healthier every day, I’m here to guide you.

I believe fitness should fit into your life — not the other way around. That means no cookie-cutter programs, no rigid meal plans, and no unsustainable methods. Instead, I work with you to build strength, confidence, and long-lasting health that supports the things you love.

Meet Cianne – Accredited Exercise Scientist & Strength and Conditioning Coach

Hi, I’m Cianne — an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and achieve their goals. My approach is always client-focused, combining best practice with genuine encouragement to ensure you perform at your best while enjoying the journey.

My love for sport and fitness started early and took me to an elite career in Taekwondo, where I proudly won gold at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and several National Championships. These experiences shaped my understanding of discipline, resilience, and hard work — lessons I now share with every client I work alongside.

Meet Donna – Pilates Instructor

Hi, I’m Donna — an advanced Pilates and Yoga instructor with over 15 years’ experience teaching Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and a variety of yoga styles.

I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities, supporting health and wellbeing across specialised wellness centres, community groups, corporate environments, and health clubs throughout Melbourne and Ballarat.

I’m passionate about helping people live their best lives through mindful movement, strength, and holistic wellness. Having recently returned to Ballarat, I’m excited to be supporting the members of Savuti Health and Fitness and becoming part of this wonderful community.
